- Purchases made via Amazon are subject to Amazon’s official return and refund policy. Please contact Amazon directly for any issues related to shipping, returns, or refunds.
Digital Products (Instant Downloads)
- All sales of digital products (including coloring books, word search puzzles, journals, planners, audiobooks, life solution guides, and free/paid PDFs) are final and non-refundable.
- This is because digital files are delivered instantly and cannot be “returned” once downloaded.
Exceptions
- A refund will only be processed if:
- You were charged more than once for the same product due to a technical error.
- You did not receive the download link due to a technical glitch (in which case, we will first resend the link before processing a refund).
